Shipping & Delivery

Production turnaround on hardcover books is two to four weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. eBooks are available for immediate download to your computer, tablet device or mobile phone.

You will be notified when your item(s) have shipped.

Shipping charges are flat rate and based on final destination. Multiple items can be combined in one shipment to the same mailing address and rates are based on weight of package.

Shipping within Canada typically takes between 5-10 business days to arrive at your location.

Shipping to the United States typically takes between 7-10 business days to arrive at your location.

Other International shipping is currently not available.

All deliveries to the United States are subject to the import and custom laws of that country. Regardless of the delivery speed selected, parcels can be sometimes held up at customs. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if a parcel or item is detained or confiscated due to these laws.

If the products require delivery to more than location, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the customized information you provided to us during the ordering process is 100% correct. While we are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information that you supply to us, if you would like to order a replacement, we will offer it to you at 50% of the original price, plus shipping costs.

If there is damage to your book as a result of shipping, please contact us within one week of receipt and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
